I am happy and excited to announce a new section with a Featured Blogger. Head Chef Cesare De Chellis of Tolani Restaurant in Manhattan and one  of the talented chefs part of 5 Star Chefs.

For his first post he whipped up a twist on your typical pasta dish. Here is one way to wow your guest with a not so traditional course.

“So every one loves gnocchi..Right?!? Here is a good alternative to gnocchi … It’s GNUDI “naked pasta” this  can be used just like gnocchi and goes with just about anything. I have prepared a sweet pea puré/ caramelized pearl onions/ pea shoots/ shaved truffles and shaved Parmesan over the top. Elegant/ sophisticated dish that will really raise the bar on a pasta course at your wedding!”
