Tasty Tuesday’s ~ Warm the Heart

5 Nov

With fall in full effect and winter just around the corner it is safe to say it is getting cold out there. Chef Cesare from Tolani and 5 Star Chefs has a couple of different options that will keep your guest warm and happy!

Try a butternut squash soup, which has become extremely popular the past few years. Savory or sweet this soup is sure to be a big hit.

Or spice up your event with a Sunchoke Soup with Crab Salad. Trendy, and Tasty your guest will be floored by flavor and how visually appealing their dish is.

Tasty Tuesday

29 Oct

I am happy and excited to announce a new section with a Featured Blogger. Head Chef Cesare De Chellis of Tolani Restaurant in Manhattan and one  of the talented chefs part of 5 Star Chefs.

For his first post he whipped up a twist on your typical pasta dish. Here is one way to wow your guest with a not so traditional course.

“So every one loves gnocchi..Right?!? Here is a good alternative to gnocchi … It’s GNUDI “naked pasta” this  can be used just like gnocchi and goes with just about anything. I have prepared a sweet pea puré/ caramelized pearl onions/ pea shoots/ shaved truffles and shaved Parmesan over the top. Elegant/ sophisticated dish that will really raise the bar on a pasta course at your wedding!”

Come back and check out some more Tasty Tuesday post from our Featured Blogger. Check out Chef Cesare on Twitter and Instagram @chefdechill.

“Popping The Question”

7 Jan

So he finally POPPED the Big Questions!

Now it is your turn!

There are many ways to ask your girls to be part of your big day! A ring pop, cookie, photo collage of you and your bestie, a sentimental card, or a night out for drinks. How ever you do it be creative and make it special. They will be your personal fashionista, your flower expert, your “hired help” and your rock the day of your wedding. Make sure they know how special they are to you.
